Darrin Walton – Overall Winner
Express proudly announced Darrin Walton with the Indianapolis (West), IN, office as the recipient of the prestigious 2025 Employee of the Year Award during Express’ annual conference in March. His journey from overcoming personal obstacles to becoming an invaluable asset to his current client company underscores the dedication, exceptional work ethic, and commitment to excellence that helped Darrin get to where he is today.
He started out as a Call Center Representative, where his journey reflects his continuous growth and determination. His promotion to Support Staff is a testament to his hard work, adaptability, and the contributions made to his team. After nearly four years, Darrin remains with his client company with outstanding attendance and the same dedication to delivering high-quality work.
“Winning Employee of the Year means more to me, and the feeling when my name was called as Employee of the Year is one the most incredible feelings I’ve ever experienced,” Darrin said. “The support in that room, in that moment showed me that this is a family. People I had never met or just met in the days before on their feet, clapping. There were ‘congratulations’ and hugs all day until we departed. How has it impacted me?
