How the Process Works
Contact your local SRG office for personalized support and expert guidance. Send your resume to your local office and apply for career opportunities online. Not all roles are posted positions, so contact your recruiter to learn about all available opportunities. One application opens the door to multiple job opportunities, and we never charge candidates a fee for our services.
Participate in an initial phone interview or virtual meeting to share the type of work you’d like to pursue, including your education, certifications, and relevant work experience. When you match with the right job opportunity, we’ll ensure you have all the information you need to succeed.
When you create a relationship with SRG, you become a Specialized Recruiting Group contractor. This isn’t a work assignment, but it means we’ve connected and we’re working to find a job match for you. As an SRG contractor, you may be eligible for various benefits that your recruiter can discuss with you.
Types of Work Assignments
Our contractors are employees of SRG working on behalf of a client. Work assignments include Contract, Contract to Hire, and Direct Hire. Contract and Contract to Hire assignments vary in length, and you may be eligible to work additional assignments in the future, depending on your availability and skill set. Direct Hire candidates are placed in a core position at a client company. We specialize in key focus areas, including:
